Mission Control will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction!
We currently ship to the US only via tracked USPS or UPS. Our standard USPS priority is $2.99 flat rate, and is free over $100. We also offer local delivery from our HQ in North Miami, FL on nearby orders over $100. If for some reason your package has not arrived, feel free to contact us at info@cannaveral.com.

We offer free returns for store credit or replacement under the following guidelines:

1. Customer has 7 days from delivery of order to contact us for return. Customer is responsible for return packaging. We recommend keeping your original order packing until you are sure you are satisfied.

2. Herbs, supplements and foodstuffs are inspected for quality before shipping. They can only be returned if they arrive with damaged packaging or contents. They must be returned with all original packaging and contents for full credit.

3. Glassware and earthenware can be returned only if the product arrives damaged and is unused. Used pipes, grinders etc. cannot be returned as they may contain traces of controlled substances. All intact parts of the item should be included in the return.

4. Clothing can be returned if unworn and clean.

5. All other items, such as crystals, are typically final sale items and can’t be returned. Contact us with any concerns and we’ll do our best to help.
